Special Order Purchase Agreement
Mr. E’s Finds, LLC

Mr. E’s Finds offers a Special Order / Product Search Service for customers requesting specific items that are not currently in our available inventory. Please read this agreement carefully before submitting a special request.

What Is a Special Order?
A Special Order is a request for Mr. E’s Finds to locate, source, or acquire a specific product on a customer’s behalf. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Appliances
• Tools
• Electronics
• Furniture
• Cabinets
• Kitchen or bathroom items
• Home improvement materials
• Hard-to-find or discontinued products

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED before any special order search begins.

• The required deposit is 25% of the customer’s stated maximum purchase limit or estimated item price, whichever applies
• The deposit amount is calculated before the search begins
• The deposit covers time, sourcing, research, travel, auctions, and supplier coordination

No deposit = no special order search.

What the Customer Must Provide
To request a special order, the customer must provide:

• A clear description of the requested item
• Brand, model number, size, color, or specifications (if available)
• A maximum dollar amount they authorize Mr. E’s Finds to spend
• Confirmation that they are ready and able to purchase immediately once the item is found

If you are not ready to purchase, please do not request a special order.

Once the Item Is Found
• When the requested item is located within the approved maximum budget, the customer will be notified
• Payment of the remaining balance is due immediately once the item is secured or ready for pickup
• Failure to complete payment may result in:

Loss of deposit

Cancellation of the special order

Denial of future special order requests

Pricing & Budget Notice
• Final pricing may vary due to taxes, fees, availability, condition, or supplier costs
• Mr. E’s Finds will not exceed the customer’s approved maximum budget
• We will always attempt to secure the item at the lowest possible price within that budget

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
• All special orders are final sale
• Deposits are non-refundable once the search begins
• Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless stated in writing
• Any known damage or missing components will be disclosed before final purchase whenever possible

Important Notice
By submitting a special order request and paying a deposit, the customer acknowledges that:

• They are serious about purchasing
• They understand the deposit equals 25% of their stated purchase limit or estimated item price
• They agree to complete payment once the item is found
• Availability, pricing, and condition are outside the seller’s control

Required Amounts (Clearly Defined)
The following applies to all special order requests:

• Required Non-Refundable Deposit: 25% of the customer’s stated maximum purchase limit or estimated item price
• Remaining Balance Due: The remaining 75% plus applicable taxes and fees
• Payment Timing: Due immediately once the item is secured or ready for pickup
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Zelle

Agreement Acceptance
Submitting a special order request constitutes acceptance of this agreement and all terms listed above.
